Insurance & Billing

I am currently out-of-network with all insurance carriers and not yet able to bill insurance for your sessions. I am waiting on credentialing decisions from Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Health Partners, and Optum Group (including UHC, UBH, UMR, Bind/Surest, and some Medica plans).

PLEASE NOTE: If your insurance policy includes out-of-network  benefits, I will be happy to submit receipts on your behalf directly to your insurance company to facilitate your reimbursement for services. 

PLEASE NOTE: If your insurance does not include out-of-network benefits and/or if out-of-pocket cost is a barrier to starting or continuing therapy with me, please reach out so that we can discuss an individualized and affordable plan that will allow you to start or continue therapy during this initial waiting period. 

Current out-of-pocket/self-pay rates are: 

Initial Diagnostic Evaluation, 60 minutes: $200

Individual Psychotherapy, 50 minutes: $170

Family Psychotherapy, 50 minutes: $170
